Christmas Party with the Monks!

Each year, a group of juniors, novices and postulants with their directors and the abbot of Spencer come over for a Christmas party.
After Mass, we enjoy a social dinner followed by some entertainment and mutual gift-giving. One of the highlights is the gag gifts given between Abbot and Abbess, combined with lively repartee.
This is a wonderful opportunity to strengthen the bonds joining us as Cistercian brothers and sisters by having a good laugh together.
